You're out of Total submissions Limit Warning

I am getting the following warning:

"You're out of submission storage limit. Upgrade Now."

However, as you can see from the attached screen shot, I'm nowhere near my limits.

Can you explain? I assume it's a bug, because the error message changes. The warning quoted above, is different from the one showing in the screen shot.
