Jotform not Sending Info to Salesforce

    I previously had the jotform working but added record types to Salesforce on contacts.  I have removed the integration and set it up again to include setting the record type.  The form will not submit to Salesforce successfully.  Can you please review the form to ensure it is setup properly?

    Please make sure that you security token, and/or Salesforce password is correct. Also, try just testing with a few fields such as name and email address:

    I just cloned your form, and tested those with those fields, and the information was sent my SalesForce account.

     This issue was resolved as it was a flow error on the Salesforce side.
