I just pushed the submissions to your Spreadsheet integration. Can you check if the submissions are appearing now?
In addition, can you tell us if you have made some changes on your form right after making an integration? If so, by making significant changes such as renaming field labels, this may affect your integration.

the push worked. I did make changes which probably broke it, however I haven't renamed the fields since re-integrating it. Should I integrate it one more time?

If you have added or removed fields, that can also break the integration. Make sure that when you integrate the form, the design is final so you won't have to make any changes to the form.
