Storage space - how can I be running out?

    Hi,

    I have a "free" plan.

I have 1 form to allow people to upload video submissions.

I have the form set to pass its contents along to Dropbox.

I have the form set to AUTO DELETE the submission on JotForm immediately (auto-delete webhook)

Everything is working perfectly. The form submissions are being passed along to my Dropbox, and the JotForm auto-delete webhook is deleting the submissions from my JotForm account.

Why therefore is my account showing that I am running out of space? There are no submissions being stored on my account.

    Respectfully,

    PA

    At this time, you have:

    - Uploads: 96.37 MB.

And Free plans are limited to 100MB of storage.

You could either upgrade or delete submissions that have uploaded files (please be mindful that deleted submissions are not recoverable).

    Thank you!

    Hi Nik,

    Yes, I know I have 96.37 MB.

My support request clearly stated that I am auto-deleting (using your webhook) the submissions and they are passed along to Dropbox.

So how is it possible that I'm using any storage space? Are my submissions being deleted, or not?

Thank you in advance of your answer.

I'm sorry for overlooking that fact, you're correct, the submissions storage is not reducing. I reset your upload space, if this issue re-appears please let us know so we can escalate it properly.

    Thank you for your understanding.
