My form was suspended due to collecting personal IDs.

My form was suspended. I am using it to gather the passport information of guests to my Airbnb apartment. I need the information for protection as they will be strangers staying in my house.

Please let me know how I can get my form to work again.

2. Provide any document that will support your claims.
3. Your website or proof of affiliation to any banking institutions.
