PayPal integration not working on the form.

    I have a form that appears to work until I go to pay using PayPal. It appears as though it's trying to connect to my personal account, which I am using to test, and the connection just spins and spins. When I use the Credit Card option it works. A little background I have two Pay Pal business accounts. I may have switched them, so: my question at this point is how do you change PayPal business accounts it says switch gateway but it appears to only take me to PayPal Business already checked. How can I tell which account is being used?

    Hi Raymond,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. Unfortunetly, it is not possible to know which PayPal account the form is connected to. The only way to find out would be to disconnect it and then reconnect. Doing this would also refresh the connection which will also resolve your other issue. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Product List.
    2. Click on the little Wand Icon.
    3. On the PayPal settings click on Connect and select Reconnect.
