Payment Integration: Charge shipping only when the customer wants it

    I have a form that allows the customer to choose a shipping option or not. Right now, whichever option is chosen, shipping is charged. How do I have shipping not charged when the customer chooses, yes please hold my order until we can arrange pick up.

    In other words Is there a way that if the customer wants to pick up the item that they don't get charged shipping?

    You can customize the coupon section to discount the shipping.

    You could add a text field or you could add hover text. Or both, its up to you.

    You can also edit the labels for the coupon however you like.
