How to reset account password

i need help to recovery my account . My computer is block whit all account and in trying to recovery but is taken long . i just need to ubgrade my accuont and keep working true new email.

Me old email is velezandrew24@gmail.com . New email is karhia_andrew24@yahoo.com

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If you're unable to log in to the old account and need to reset your Jotform account password, you can follow the steps below:

1. On the Jotform Login page, tap on Forgot Password.
2. Enter your username or email, and then, tap on Send Reset Instructions.
3. The system will send you an email with some instructions about you can create a new password.
4. Once you get the email, set your new password and then log in.

I have flushed your login attempts. You can update the email address on your account Settings page. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
3. Select Account on the upper left. Click on Edit on Email address and enter the correct email address.
