Individuals have been claiming that they have not been receiving the submissions for specific forms? They are listed as recipients as well.

Can you please let us know the emails of the individuals that did not receive email notifications for new submissions?
We would also need the Form URLs so we can investigate further into the issue.
There are different reasons why an individual doesn't receive email notifications such as the email can be on the bounce list (can be removed), the email is sent to the Spam Folder, JotForm Emails are blocked from the user/recipient email server.
