Auto-populate fields

Can I link a field(s) to a spreadsheet for easier entry. If I type in someone's name that matches in a spreadsheet I would like for their e-mail address to automatically populate. This makes it MUCH easier on the employees filling out a form on the road on an iPad, etc. And sometimes their e-mail address is not the same as their name.

    Hello jbarkeris,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Spreadsheet to Form widget will help you to auto-populate form fields. You will need to upload an Excel or CSV file with the fillers' data and once they enter the assigned unique name/ID, the form fields will auto-populate. Here is your guide on how to use the Spreadsheet to Form widget.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain more information so I can help you better?

Feel free to reach out if you have further questions.
