Hi,
I try to log in and I get a message that says my account suspended

Hi Shay,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry that this is happening. I checked your account and saw that it was automatically suspended by our Phishing Detecting System, because of your form named [Imported Form] Survey Fox having fields for collecting login credentials. Note that this is against our Terms of Use.
Since the form has zero submissions, I've gone ahead and removed the offending fields from your form. Your account is now active again, and I've also whitelisted your IP address.
