On my previous form, I got a valid description passed from the form through to Square but the form did not use the "Used Defined amount" option in the Square payment form field. In this form, I had to use the "User Defined amount" option, and when the transaction went through Square the description came across as "Uncategorized Regular" which is not a very helpful description for our bookkeeper. Initially I had the Square field label set as "Credit Card Payment Due". I have changed that to "Sponsorship/Ad Payment". Will this change make a difference is the description I see? What drives the description showing up in Square?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our integration with Square does not allow us to change the data we provide to Stripe. Because you used a different payment type (User Defined Amount), I doubt changing the field label will affect the result in Square. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
