Problem: Impossible to submit

    Good morning, 

    I created a form but unfortunately when I try to submit I get an error message: 

    "This site can't be reached" (see also attached screenshot). 

    The form link is:

    Could you please help me with this?

    Upon checking the form you refered to, I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting.
