How do I ask for a cancellation and refund if I decide to cancel my plan?

    I'm thinking of upgrading my plan. If I want to cancel after the upgrade, what do I need to do? Will I receive a full refund if I pay for a yearly plan?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. If in any case, you would like to cancel your plan after the upgrade, just please reach out to us again by creating a Forum Thread from the Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help. Let me show you how to create a Support Ticket: 

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Support on the top-right side of the dark-blue navigation bar at the top of your screen.
    2. In the menu that opens, click on Contact Us.
    3. Enter a title for your question or request in the box below ‘How can we help?’
    4. In the box below the title, enter some text that explains your request.
    5. Now, just click on Post Question on the bottom-right side of your screen and you're done.
