Why is our sub-user getting account limits notfications?

I have a 100,000 plan that one of my users is saying we exceeded the limit!

Ggeronimos@federicibrands.com created the forms

UPDATE: Effective October 2018 the Sub-User feature has been discontinued and is no longer available for creating new sub-users. If you had been using this feature previously, you're grandfathered.

I created a user under my account Ggeronimos@federicibrands.com and she
created three forms.
It's like it's NOT part of my account (all she did was accept my invite and
create the forms)
These are her forms.

So we wouldn't lose new subscribers I paid $19 to upgrade her account.

I have checked the other user you added as a sub-user of your form. Kindly note that a sub-user account has its own account limit as it is treated as a separate account although you have shared forms with this sub-user.

Based on the above the limits notification your sub-user was getting is because their sub-user account had reached limit for free plans(since it was under free plans hence limits for free plans apply to the form).

Kindly note that although you have shared your form, form submissions made on the form you have shared will not be counted as submissions under sub-user account but rather it will be submission under your account.

I hope the above clarifies the concerns you had on sub-user account.
