How can I download & separate the pdf documents uploaded by each applicants in the easier way?

We are having a lot of applicants of our form who are uploading 2 documents each. I would like to download and save them separate to facilitate the collecting process a lot.

Also, I have tried your 'Dowload all uploades' but it does't work because I am only a sub-user plus when we tried the main user only received a part of the pdf uploaded. I feel this could be the best option though can you please advise why it did not downloaded all?

You can try downloading it one by one. Just click the link in the Submission Page to download it. Here's a screenshot sample:
