Why some of my respondents are receiving this message: This sender failed our fraud detection?

    Good Morning,

    I made a jot form last night and some of my respondents are receiving this message:

    [This sender failed our fraud detection checks and may not be who they appear to be. Learn about spoofing at http://aka.ms/LearnAboutSpoofing]

    It doesn't appear to be all of them but some may have chosen not to mention it. Additionally, I am not getting an email message from all respondents that they have completed the form, just 2 out of 11.

    That's mostly related to sender email address, so a solution would be that your users add your email as a safe sender (add to contact list) if you're sending your Autoresponders from your own SMTP sender.

    The same applies to sending from our noreply email.

    In our logs emails are showing as sent:
