I had an issue earlier this week where we could not access Jotform because our IP address was being blocked for phishing activity. The support team told us that it has been fixed, but now we are getting the error again. Please help us correct this or we will be taking our services elsewhere.

Apologies for any inconveniences caused. I have re-visited the earlier thread you raised an issue and you were requested to provide an IP address you are currently using.
This is important as it ensures that we are whitelisting the specific IP address you are using at the moment.
If you do not mind would you kindly share your current IP address(IP address you are using to access the form at the moment causing the error you have shared).
Kindly follow the url above and once we have the IP we will add it to our whitelist IP.
