How can I edit my current app?

I can't seem to find my app in the back office. I need to make some updates but I can't find it. I can pull the app up on my phone and other places I've placed it. Can someone help?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. This app form (222745353762156) belongs to a different user account. It is not under the account (iamj**dowdy) that you're currently signed in to.

The username and email only has your name. Please log in to the correct account to edit the app form. If you forgot the password, then you can use the Password Reset tool.
