How to move form to another account?

I have purchased an additional jot form account and want to migrate one of the forms I developed to the new account.  How do I do that?

You can transfer/move forms to a new account by following these steps:

1. Provide us the username the forms are on.

2. Tell us the  Names or provide us with the Link to the Forms you want to move.

3. Tell us the username of the account that you want your forms to be transferred.
