How do I change what happens when credit card processing fails (stripe)?

Asked by BrooklynWebs on October 22, 2012 at 09:42 PM

Using Stripe, when a user provides invalid credit card information, a message is displayed saying that a valid card number is needed. Unfortunately, on my site (http://brooklynwebs.com/?page_id=123) the form resizes cutting off the message, and has no further instructions for the user. Is there a way that I can edit this message and prevent the message from being cut off?

    Hello there!

A suggestion would be to embed the form using the iFrame code instead of the Script you currently have.

Here is the iFrame code for your form.  Originally, the height of the form would have been 644px.  I have added 106px extra to allow for the warning message.

    <iframe allowtransparency="true" src="//yang.jotform.com/form/22957575843165" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:750px; border:none;" scrolling="no"></iframe>

Give this a try and let us know if that solves the issue!
