Cancel and refund my account

    It appears my account was automatically billed to my credit card for another year of service. I didn't realize the account was set to auto bill. I took the jot form down back in August of 2023 and it hasn't been used. My company has gone out of business and I haven't used or needed the service. I just downgraded to the free account because that appears from your website to be the only way to cancel your service. I would appreciate you crediting my account for the $206 that I was just charged on April 19th. I don't need jot form and will not be using it in the up coming year that I was automatically charged for.

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have cancelled the account and issued a refund on the last payment made. You should see that credited back to you within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank's policies and speed for processing refunds).

    Please take note that your account is a Legacy Plan. If you cancel your subscription now and then decide to subscribe again in the future, you will be moved to the new pricing and you will lose the legacy price. You may check our pricing page for the new pricing and features.
