Hey, I can't access my form because I'm being forced to enable HIPAA which is I DO NOT WANT!
In the first place, when I signed up for jotform, my silver plan came with the HIPAA capability until you removed it.
DO NOT BLOCK MY FORMS!

Hi Deogracias,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you sign out and back in to your account, and when the HIPAA modal appears, select No? Let me show you how:
- Log in to your Jotform account.
- When the HIPAA popup displays, click Go Back.
- In the next window, select NO, I'm not a HIPAA-covered entity.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes. -
