Error enter a valid email address on Security Site Name field.

    I am trying to complete my form for Infinity Security Services. I form is asking for " Security Site Name"
    but pop says enter a valid email address???? I cant change this, How do I change this requirement?

    Also

    when a list of my forms appears it does not include the form for Infinity Security Services

    Hi Robert,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have checked the Security Site Name field it was set up using the email address element. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    To resolve this, you need to delete it and add a short text element. Let me show you how:

    • Open your form in Form Builder, go to the Security Site Name field then click on the trash icon.
    • Once deleted, add a short text element and set up a label.

    Since the form is embedded on your website, You need to re-embed it to apply the changes.
