Monday.com Integration stop sending submission data after making changes to the form.

    After I updated the form, my leads stopped going automatically to the company's Monday. I would like to know what's wrong, it's already the second form that doesn't do this automation. We didn't change anything, it just stopped automatically going to the Monday board. Please how to solve this problem, because it is complicating our workflow. Thanks!

    Hi Fymecoach,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Please note that changes made to the form or the integrated Monday.com account may break the integration. Therefore, to fix the issue, you'll have to refresh the integration by removing the current integration and then creating a new one. Let me show you how to do it:

    • In Form Builder, click Settings on the orange bar located at the top.
    • On the left panel, click on the Integrations tab.
    • Select the Monday.com option.
    • Click the Ellipsis icon and then click on the Delete Action option.

    After that, click on the Add New Action button to create a new integration.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi Rene, I've done this several times, I've changed the API Key and it always gives the same error

    Hi Fymecoach,

    It seems that there are fields on your form mapped to Monday.com that do not match. For example, the telephone field, could you please check if the format is the same with the phone field on Monday.com?

    Everything is exactly the same on the form and on Monday, and it's still giving the same error

    Hi Fymecoach,

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have cloned your form and integrated it with our test Monday account and I wasn't able to reproduce the issue - all fields that I've mapped from a clone of your form have populated Monday correctly. Please note that all the columns in Monday in my test were Text columns - is that the case for you as well? If not, please try making a Board with only Text columns - different columns may struggle to populate with data from Jotform.

    If they are all text, please send us a screenshot of your column setup on Monday as well as the field mappings you set up in Jotform - or simply set them up again so we can edit the integration in one of your forms and copy it that way.

    Some columns are status columns, could that be the issue?

    Unfortunately, my board is connected to another board, I can't change these columns, Is there any other way to fix this issue?

    Hi Fymecoach,

    Can you please try to only connect the text columns in your form integration and remove the field that is connected to the status column to see if that would work?

    It worked, the issue is with the Dropbox of the form which no longer integrates with Monday, it used to work perfectly before

    Hi Fymecoach,

    That's great. Now, can you please try to map each dropdown field one at a time? This means, mapping the education field first and then making a test submission and then so on.

    Could you share which dropdown fields are not being mapped to Monday.com? Are the dropdowns not showing when trying to map the fields?
