I have successfully created a number of forms (used for submitting artwork), however, I would like the people submitting the forms to be able to get a full copy of what they submit, including the uploaded artwork. Generally they are just getting the text information but not the pictures. Am I able to do this?
The screenshot below is what I (as a submitter) gets, whereas the email I get as the creator shows the photos.

Hi Lyn,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can add an autoresponder email to your form and collect the email address of the user. This will send a copy of their submission to their email address.
Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Hi Vanessa
I had all sorts of issues trying to get that to work... however, I may have found a workaround by adding a pdf option to the thank you page.
I'll let you know how it goes!

Hi Lyn,
Thanks for getting back to us. We're glad that you find a workaround. You can also attach the PDF to the autoresponder email. Here are the steps:
- In the Form Builder, go to the Settings page.
- Select the Emails tab.
After that, go to the Advanced tab and enable the Attach PDF.
