Suspended: collecting login credentials

    Hi There! I have been trying to log in to my account to review submissions for my form only to find that when I go to log in, it says "Login failed - SUSPENDED"


    I've reset my password and still cannot log in. Can you help? Not sure why we are listed as suspended, I never got notification from jotform saying that I have been suspended.

    Hi BRYAN,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m really sorry that this is happening. It appears that your Jotform account with the email address jaworskibc@gmail.com was suspended by our Reviewer Team due to collecting login credentials. Collecting such sensitive information is a violation of our Terms of Use. In order to reactivate your account, we have to delete the offending field. Check out my screenshot below.

    I went ahead and deleted the offending field; your account is now reactivated. Check out my screenshot below of one of your forms.
