Max number of PDF form connection

Hi,

We upload this document if appears fine, with a few touch-ups needed, which is all ok

As soon as we click on the PDF connection fields, it drops them down to a maximum of 4 columns, which we need all 10, and then we cannot add any more. even in a new dialog box

Is this a limitation with filling these out or something?

When we try to add more connections, it also appears to self delete, we have tried uploading a few different times

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We do not have a limit on how many fields you can map to the original PDF but we have a limit on how many fields you can add to your form. For starter accounts, you can have 100 fields per form. I cloned and tested your form and I easily replicated the issue. However, the issue seems to happen if you did not add a row label before mapping the fields:

As soon as you add a label, you can map the field without any issues. Here's a screencast of my result:
