Refund request.

    Hello!


    We have not made a form or collected any new submissions since Early March. We thought we had downgraded last time we were charged in March as we no longer needed Bronze as we collect forms seasonally and there is no need to keep the Broze level except those 3 times a year we collect forms. Is there a way we can get a Refund for the charge on 4/22 as we will not be using the service again until June.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. As requested, the account has been downgraded back to the Starter(Free) plan and we already initiated a refund request. Please note that the refund will be reflected in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
