please refund the payment as i wrongly selected for the yearly subscription. i wanted to pay for the month only. but my card was doing problems and finally when it was accepted i overlooked the payment details.
so you are requested to do the needful.

We will be glad to assist you, however, it seems like you have filed a dispute. So, you can either lift the dispute, so we can refund your yearly subscription(#: S-46L36890W0392734H), or wait for PayPal's resolution time-frame.

Actually I could not understand what to do when I not get the response from your side. So please guide me how how to lift the dispute and resolve the issue at the earliest

Whenever a dispute is filed for a charge, PayPal does not let us do any other action, such as refunding. So, please contact your PayPal support in order to lift the dispute. Once they help you with that, let us know, and we will be glad to fully refund you the yearly plan.

I am trying to close the case but it seems it will take bit time. Thank you very much for you kind support and assurance.
Actually I am very new to such circumstances. So in anxiety and hurry may have taken wrong steps.

Thanks for updating us, we don't want you to wait that long, so I forwarded this to our manager to expedite the process, and she was able to expedite it at the PayPal's resolution center. So, the charge has now been fully refunded.
