Add a feedback option in the thank you page using the Star Rating

is there a way to evaluate the customers satisfaction (e.g. star rating) with the submission form after they submit? it could perhaps be on the thank you page

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support and we’re sorry you’re having trouble with this. If I understood what you’re asking, You intended to place a star rating on the thank you page to assess your respondent's overall satisfaction with the form they had just completed. 

If so, unfortunately, the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. 

I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
