Sub user accounts unable to view submissions

    Hi there

    I have a sub-user who has access to one form: https://form.jotform.com/80514864837970

    but the submissions are all empty. Is this to do with the European Data Centre thing?

    I would suggest that since the "Europe Datacenter" option is unchecked on your account, please ask your sub-users to also uncheck that option from their accounts.

    That should solve the issue that they are having. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know.
