Changing the form access from Private to Public

    why is this form requiring recipients to sign up- how can you remove that and make it visible once form is sent

    Hi Mercy,

    Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I checked your form and it is set to private access. Changing the status of your form from private to public is easy to do. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
    2. In the Direct Link window that opens up, tap on Private Form.

    • In the Access Settings window, tap on Public Form.

    That's it. Now, anyone filling out your form won't be asked to create a Jotform account.
