Can't access submitted voice recording

I filled out a job application a few days ago and I received an email confirming that my application was submitted and detailing my information, including a voice recording that I cannot access. The link takes me to an error page (not found). Was my message not recorded? What is the issue?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Activities made by the form owners are generally their responsibilities and any information collected by them are their own. So what you'll need to do is you need to reach out to the owner or the organization that made you fill up the form.
