PDF Editor: Image added to the form isn't dsplayed into the downloaded PDF form

Jotform üzerinde hazırlamış olduğumuz bir sınav dokümanını pdf olarak kaydettiğimizde formun tasarımı bozuluyor ve başlıkta sağ üst tarafa dikey olarak sıkıştırılmış bir görüntü oluyor.

Now, coming back to your question. I see many forms in your account which are able to display the picture you shared. Can you provide us with the ID or the URL of the form which makes this issue?

Thanks for getting back to us. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. Go to PDF Editor, click on the Image, then drag the corner to resize it.

2. Click on the Large Image, which is the heading, then click on the Trash icon to delete it.
3. From the Fields, add a Header.

Next, update the header text:

1. While the Header is selected, click the Gear icon.
2. Add the Header Text in the field.

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. As I understand, you want to add the logo at the top of the PDF. I tried with a clone of your form, and unfortunately, I replicated your issue: once the image is uploaded at the top of the PDF in PDF-Editor, it doesn't appear in the Downloaded PDF to be filled, even if the preview displays it. I'll need a bit of time to investigate on it, I'll be back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for getting back. Since I wasn't able to find a solution to this issue, or a workaround, I created a ticket and escalated this to our Developer team.
