Ive had an email saying my jot form has been disabled and i need to upgrade my account, even though i bought the gold membership a few weeks ago..

    as the title states, i have a gold membership with jotforms, and should be able to take as many orders and payments as i like, it has now emailed me saying the form has been disabled when i am relying on this form to take DVD and video orders of a competition i filmed last week.


    its been only a week and ive only taken around 30-40 orders and now its saying this?? why? i have a gold account which is paid $99 for and its still acting up like this? this is one of many problems ive been having with jotform and im highly annoyed at the service for being so unreliable. if anyone can aid me in getting this back up and running that would be great, i need the help today like right now if anyone see's this.. oh yeah and whats the deal with no phone number? i need instant help none of this online questionaire business..
