None of my forms are submitting from computers at my place of work, but they can be submitted from Ipads. One of the forms in my account that I have sent prior inquiries on had a "test" submission submitted, I presume from your customer support personnel. When I go in to edit that test submission and hit "submit" I get an error message in the bottom left corner of my browser screen - a yellow triangle with an exclamation point with a message that says "error on page." No one else in my school building can submit this form, which we use for student discipline issues, either. The tech department for my school district indicated the inability to submit forms using computers in our building could have something to do with whether a certain java or other plug in is now required to submit forms through Jotform. Could this be the problem? Earlier this morning I could submit forms, but was not receiving notification emails. About an hour ago I was able to edit forms, submit them and then also get notification emails. About 30 minutes ago the new problem began - the inability to submit forms from a computer ... It seems that we had a temporary problem with the form submissions however, it should be fine by now. Can you confirm if it's working on your side now please? Thanks!
