Unable to submit form

they filled it in but weren't able to submit it. Are you able to help with why this is happening please?

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I checked your form and it doesn't have a submit button. Let me walk you through on how to add it:

1. In the Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element button.

2. On the left pane, scroll down and look for Submit.

3. Lastly, add the Submit button to the form.

That's it, form user should be able to submit the form now after adding it.
