Suspended account

    I recently discovered that my ip address was suspended for possible phishing. I have read the jotform policy on phishing and none of my forms violate that policy. Why was I suspended? I have several forms. And none of them ask for login/password, bank account, or ssn. Please let me know why this is happening?
