How do I remove the audit trail from the top right of a signed document?

I need these documents to upload to the court I I upgraded to the bronze plan because I thought I wouldn't see any branding or audit trail info on my signed documents. How do I get rid of that?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove or hide the Document ID on the Signed Jotform Sign document as it is an integral part of the audit trail. Although the feature you're seeking is not currently available, please be assured that we are continuously working to incorporate new services and features into Jotform.

If you are also concerned or want to remove the Jotform branding. It's easy to remove the Jotform Branding from your form. It's not available yet on the Jotform Mobile application, so let me show you how to do it on your computer:

1. Open your My Forms page and hover your mouse over your Profile Picture/Avatar on the right side of the page.

2. In the little window that opens up, click on Settings at the bottom.

3. On the Account Settings page that opens, scroll down a little to the Jotform Branding section and uncheck the box next to it.
