Can you tell me if the monthly price is charged each month?

I am considering upgrading, but will likely only require the extra submissions for a few weeks. Can you tell me if the monthly price is charged each month or would I pay for the year in advance?

You may upgrade your account using monthly subscription plan and you'll be billed every month. Please note that JotForm is a subscription based service and will be renewed automatically as per the plan selected. It is required to cancel the subscription manually if you do not want to continue the paid plan.
