Hi, why am I suspended from logging in when I don't ask for password from my form? Please help.

Copyright Infringement. Company respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, Company has a policy of disabling access to any Submission that violates copyright law, suspending access to the JotForm Service to any user who uses the JotForm Service in violation of copyright law, and/or terminating in appropriate circumstances the account of any user who uses the JotForm Service in violation of copyright law.
You have to agree to our terms and only then your account can be activated. The logo will also have to be deleted from the form.
If you have a proof that you have the rights use that logo, please let us know and provide us a proof.
