I have successfully integrated my MailChimp but not submitting anything to my MailChimp account. What should I do? I have read your FAQs but I couldn't find an answer for this. Please help

Your form is no longer integrated with MailChimp. Please put it back, but we recommend using the basic Full Name and Email fields respectively. Using the short text entry in the integration for the name and email fields won't work.
Also, do the same for the Phone, Address, and Date Picker fields if you have it.
