We use the waiver for our business. The customer is able to finish the waiver without printing their name. How can I make that a mandatory field?

Hi Trevor,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform. You can set the field properties as required to prevent this in Form Builder. Let me show you how you can do this:
- Open your form in Form Builder, click on the field which you want to set as required, and click on the Gear icon.
- In the menu that opens on the right side, click on General tab.
- Under the General tab, toggle Required option to On.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

that people sign before coming to an outdoor venue. I have looked under
every tab and find no form to look at. What do I do about that?
Thank you!

Hi trevor650,
Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking, it appears that you have three signed documents under your account. Let me show you how to locate these sign documents:
- In My Forms page, click on the Down Arrow icon.
- Select My Sign Documents.
That's it. Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.
