    Hide conditions are not working

Asked by lmarcucci7 on October 23, 2012 at 02:07 PM

I have a form that I created to where the selection to the question "pick up site," is then to un-hide another question to where you can specifically see an addres.

However, when viewing my form (on IE 8 and other browswers), all of the questions that should remain hidden are being shown.

My conditional formatting does not appear to be working. Hopefully I described this correctly.

Basically when you view my form you see all the fields, when you really shouldn't. The majority of them should be hidden until you make a selection in the question "pick up site," and even then, only one other question is to then become un-hidden

    Thank you for your help

    Than you for contacting us.

As far as I can see, you have already found the correct solution. It is completely right to use Show conditions instead, as they automatically hide the field(s) when condition does not match.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know. We would be happy to help.
