I can`t access my account. Why ?

    I`ve tried numerous times to access my account, but the system told me that my username is not exist in the system.

    My user name is "bigocean" and my e-mail address registration is office@bigocean.ro. I`ve tried to complete the forgot password form in order to receive the instructions for my password reset, but i got the same error.

    Please tell me how can i resolve this problem, because i need to upgrade to a premium package in order to receive more e-mail using your forms.

    Hi there,

    It seems your account has gone past the limit of space for a Free account.

    In order to  avoid being suspended you would have to upgrade your subscription to a plan that suits you.

    Simply log into your account.  Go to the Pricing page and choose the subscription that you want.
