Every time I ask a question, it's never answered

I'm having a problem updating my form, I make a change, save, copy the code and paste in my WP page, Update refresh, sometime clear cache and the form doesn't update.
I keep on trying and nothing happens. It's very frustrating waiting for an answer that never comes

    Greetings!

We apologize for the inconvenience, we try to answer all questions as fast as possible.

It could happen that you are using the source code and the iframe code, both methods require the user to re-embed, please let us know what the URL of the page is,where the form is embeded in order to find out why the form is not showing the updates.

I just checked your page. I noticed that the form shows fonts in bold while the standalone form shows like this

I have noticed you page contains several 3rd parties javascript codes, and they might be in conflict , it would be a good idea to replace the current embed code by the iframe method as suggest by BDAVID .

Another thing that I have noticed is that your page's  DOCTYPE  declaration a the beggining of the webpage, is only   <!DOCTYPE HTML>     ,  I would suggest you to update it to

     <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">

Once you have this done, please let us know if you still need assistance with the font and background as we could help inject custom css code to make this to work
