Accidentally deleted form submission- cannot recover

I mistakenly deleted a form submission about 30 minutes ago, and cannot recover it. It is not found in the trash nor in my archives. I went through the revision history, and saw the point in time when I deleted the form, however I am not able to restore it as this error message appears (shows in screenshot). Can you assist me with this please? I would like to restore this submission for "Rolle Ngongang Biepe". Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. I checked your submissions table, and I see that the submission is still showing in your trash folder. To restore the submission, you need to do it in the trash. Let me show you how:

• In the Submissions table, click on the three-dot icon beside the tab name, then click on Trashed Entries.

• Select the submission you want to restore, then click the Restore button.

That's it. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
