Multiple users had issues with loading forms and submitting.

Hi, I had multiple users today on my web app (PH Vault) have issues with loading forms and submitting. There was no error code that I am aware of but if someone could look into it to make sure it is running okay off of wifi that would be great. These guys usually have no issue accessing so I just find it weird to hear all the complaints in one day.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have reviewed your account and it seems like the usage is well within the limits of the Silver plan. Furthermore, your forms appear to be functioning normally. I've also cleared your form caches just in case. Can you clear your browser cookies and cache, and ask your users to try again?

It seems that you have embedded forms on your web application. If you can provide the URL of the web app, we would be happy to review it for you.
