Cards: Send input table values as numerical data instead of a table format data for Zapier

I used a table in a recent customer satisfaction survey but when the results come through they only come in a table format.  I'm trying to use Zapier to add these to fields in a CRM but it cannot read the table format?  Is there a way to have these radio buttons on my customer satisfaction and emoji slider on the same survey show up as actual numerical data points?

This is not yet possible but I will forward this as a feature request.

We will let you know here once this is implemented in the future.

    Thanks

Actually, there's a workaround to achieve this.

You can pass the values from the input table to the Form Calculation Widget then use the form calculation field for your CRM Integration at Zapier.

    Here's how:

    1. Add Form Calculation Widget in your form. You can hide it if you don't want it to be shown on the live form (Right-click the field > Hide).

    2. In the Form Calculation Widget, add the field you want to capture its value. Example:

Make sure to switch the state to A-Z to capture the value as string/text.

    3. You can then use the calculation field to map it with your CRM integration at Zapier.

    Hope this helps

The workaround was GREAT for the first question.
For the emoji slider, it worked for ratings 1 and 2, but passed through the incorrect data for ratings 3, 4, and 5. See screen shot of the calculated fields that came in:
Scenario - answered emoji question agent rating - 1, ease rating - 2, communication rating - 3, urgency rating - 4. Set up calculations like you described, below were the results that came through:
Is this a bug in the way those calculate?

I see you have found a work around for this problem by using the input table instead of the emoj slider.

So I assume you don't require any further assistance.

The workaround will work, if you update/fix the emoji slider I LOVE them and would prefer to use them. Just let me know.

Looks like your ticket was cancelled. But I will look into reopening it so that you can be notified when this feature is fixed.
